Stricken with a mysterious condition, Phrogclock lives in a specially constructed ‘Phrogclock Box’ where only his shaving cream slathered head is visible. Despite this, Phrogclock has been hauled around to host many Chicago-area events such as the Bitchpork festival in July. He has also made many appearances on the public access show Cool Clown Ground. Phrogclock plays his favorite tunes on this very special edition of the Cake & Polka Parade.
